As a Graduate Developer, you will contribute directly to expanding this platform, creating tools that make a genuine difference in children's lives.

**Structured Mentorship & Flexible Working
HQ On-Site Days: This role offers a flexible remote setup paired with scheduled collaboration days at our Head Office near Solihull, West Midlands. On-site days focus on direct pairing with the CTO, hands-on training, and architectural reviews.

Training Provided: We don't expect you to know everything on day one! Full structured training and mentorship will be provided for modern web frameworks, security best practices, and cloud architecture.

*Joining directly alongside our world class CTO, you will have a rare early-career opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure across the entire software development lifecycle—from front-end UI design to back-end API development and cloud deployments.

Rather than being limited to a single narrow module, you will receive dedicated 1-on-1 mentorship to build production-grade features, learn how to handle sensitive clinical and educational data securely, and help migrate legacy tools into modern SaaS microservices.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development: Write clean, maintainable code across our web interfaces and back-end APIs with continuous guidance and code reviews.
Hands-On Training & Learning: Active participation in weekly learning sessions, skill modules, and pair
programming directly with senior leadership.

SaaS Feature Delivery: Build features for our core clinical and educational assessment tools, taking features from design concepts through to production deployment.
Legacy System Evolution: Learn to analyze and migrate existing prototypes (PHP/Laravel) into modern web services (TypeScript/Node.js/Vue.js).
Data Security & Compliance: Learn best practices for handling sensitive healthcare and educational data under strict GDPR and clinical safety standards.
HQ Collaboration: Attend scheduled team collaboration days at our HQ near Solihull to participate in sprint planning, whiteboarding, and engineering workshops.

TypeScript Node.js Vue.js 3 Vite
PostgreSQL Docker AWS / Cloud
PHP / Laravel (Legacy) Git & CI/CD
Prior experience with Vue, Node, or Laravel is desirable but not essential—we are looking for potential, curiosity, and strong fundamentals.

*Competitive Salary: £35,000 – £70,000 per annum (depending on prior project experience / qualifications).
