Senior AI Software Engineer (Full Stack)

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-powered contract intelligence products. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to architect, develop, and scale intelligent applications that combine modern AI capabilities with enterprise-grade software engineering

As one of the early engineers on this team, you will

• Design, build, and maintain Agentic AI-powered applications across the full stack
• Develop intelligent workflows using modern agentic frameworks
• Architect scalable backend services and user-facing applications
• Build reliable integrations with enterprise systems and cloud infrastructure
• Drive engineering best practices, technical strategy, and architectural decisions
• Define success metrics and continuously improve product performance
• Partner directly with leadership and product teams to deliver customer value
• Take ownership of major technical initiatives from concept through production

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience building AI-powered software products (8+ years preferred for senior candidates)
• Experience working in a SaaS startup or other fast-paced product environment
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.
• Daily experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Codex, or similar

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar providers.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen
• Experience designing and deploying production AI applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern software development practices
• Experience with containerization and cloud platforms, including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Understanding of LLM evaluation, monitoring, and observability.
• Experience training or fine-tuning models is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
