Senior Oracle APEX Developer

Hiring Senior Oracle APEX Developers for a position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in Oracle APEX and Oracle Database development. Candidates must have at least 4 years of practical Oracle APEX development experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, enhance and maintain enterprise applications using Oracle APEX
• Develop complex SQL and PL/SQL solutions and perform database performance tuning
• Build and integrate REST APIs using Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS)
• Work with JSON/XML-based REST API integrations
• Implement authentication mechanisms including OAuth2, JWT and SSO
• Develop APEX applications using Collections, Dynamic Actions, Interactive Grid and Interactive Reports
• Develop client-side functionality using JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
• Implement Oracle Scheduler jobs and automated processes
• Develop file upload and download functionality
• Implement PDF generation using AOP, BI Publisher or APEX Office Print
• Integrate applications with email and SMS services
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize application performance

Required Skills:
• 6–8+ years of overall software development experience
• 4+ years of hands-on Oracle APEX development experience
• Strong experience with Oracle APEX 21.x / 22.x / 23.x / 24.x / 25.x / 26.x
• Strong Oracle Database, SQL and PL/SQL experience
• PL/SQL, SQL and database performance tuning
• Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS)
• REST API integration using JSON/XML
• OAuth2, JWT and SSO
• APEX Collections and Dynamic Actions
• Interactive Grid and Interactive Reports
• JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
• Oracle Scheduler
• File upload/download
