Role Overview
We are looking for an Technical Lead to drive the architecture, development, and production deployment of Agentic AI solutions supporting the Cyan Experience and Cyan FP initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on technologist with expertise in Agentic AI, .NET, and AWS, along with excellent communication and technical leadership skills. This person should have demonstrated experience taking AI solutions from concept/POC to production in an enterprise environment.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade Agentic AI / AI Agent solutions.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and agent orchestration.
- Strong .NET / C# development experience with enterprise applications, APIs, and microservices.
- Strong AWS experience with cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Experience with AI/agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or equivalent.
- Strong software engineering, architecture, and system design fundamentals.
- Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, monitoring, observability, security, and governance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
Preferred AWS / Technical Experience
- AWS services such as Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB/RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, or equivalent.
- Experience integrating AWS Bedrock or other enterprise GenAI services with .NET applications.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, infrastructure automation, and cloud security.
- Experience with enterprise-scale AI modernization and cloud transformation.
