Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman
- Lexington Park, MD Must be a U.S. Citizen Clearance Required: Active Secret Required Education: Journeyman - BA/BS degree. Required Experience: Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Functional Description:Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives, performing comprehensive management, technical, and business case analyses
- PMA-202 Aircrew Combat Effectiveness Team.
- Analyzes and tracks program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules to ensure alignment with milestones.
- Collects, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft, weapon, or project acquisition and product programs.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
- Participates actively in IPT meetings, with the capability to complete status briefs, draft official memos, and handle high-level correspondence.
- Supports the IPT by scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing essential program data.
- Assists in the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) and generates Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) within the AMS CDRL Tool
- Manages procurement in PMT and develops, manages, and creates Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) and PID packages
- Coordinates and prepares actions required by Procurement Planning Conferences (PPCs) and manages the routing and tracking of Planning Agreements.
- Inputs, tracks, and reports on PMT actions, milestones, and program status.
- Develops and coordinates program documentation, required acquisition documents, and program budget/resource plans.
- Assists in creating and updating spend plans using CSPT and Resource Management Tools (RMTs), facilitating spend plan tracking and ensuring alignment between SPID entries and the IPT strategy.
