💼 Technical Support Engineer / Field Application Engineer
📍 Location: California or U.S. East Coast locations
🛠 Responsibilities
· Lead pre-sales technical consultation, solution design & customer demo support
· Deliver application & troubleshooting support for servo drives, motors, PLCs, HMIs & motion control systems
· Collaborate with OEMs, system integrators, distributors & end customers
· Serve as technical liaison between U.S. customers and global R&D team
· Conduct partner training & technical enablement
✅ Qualifications
· Solid background in factory automation, motion control, PLC & servo systems
· Hands-on experience as an FAE, application engineer, technical sales, or controls engineer
· Excellent communication & practical troubleshooting skills
· Adaptable to a fast-growing, early-stage U.S. business
⭐ Preferred
· Fluent written & verbal Mandarin is a plus
