Network Administrator

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of hands-on NOC experience supporting enterprise networks.
• Strong expertise in Routing & Switching technologies.
• Experience with Cisco networking technologies, including Meraki SD-WAN.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift-based support model.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki environments.
• Exposure to Data Center networking technologies.
• Familiarity with network monitoring, alerting, and ticketing tools.
• Cisco CCNA certification.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise network environments in a NOC setting.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, and Layer 1/Layer 2 network issues.
• Support and maintain Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers (WLCs), firewalls, and Meraki SD-WAN solutions.
• Monitor network performance, manage incidents, escalations, and coordinate with ISPs/vendors.
• Ensure timely resolution of network outages and service disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to end users."
