Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

At Antera Software, we're building the next generation of cloud ERP, CRM, and eCommerce software for the promotional products industry.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll help modernize a mature SaaS platform by designing new capabilities, improving existing systems, influencing architecture, and mentoring other engineers. You'll work alongside Product, QA, DevOps, and fellow developers to deliver software that powers mission-critical business operations every day.

This is a full-time, 100% onsite position in our Plano, Texas office.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions.
• Build modern web applications, APIs, and backend services.
• Improve application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in architecture and technical planning.
• Review code and mentor other engineers.
• Collaborate across Product, QA, DevOps, and Customer Success.
• Contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Use AI development tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to improve productivity while maintaining high-quality engineering practices.

What We're Looking For

• Strong software design and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building web applications and REST APIs.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, production-quality code.
