AI/ML Engineer (Remote)

🔹 What You’ll Be Working On

• Design, develop, and deploy production AI/ML & Generative AI solutions

• Build LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI workflows

• Develop multi-agent and multi-step workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks

• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, tools, and data platforms

• Develop prompt engineering, context management, retrieval, and function/tool-calling capabilities

• Build frameworks for LLM/AI model evaluation, accuracy, quality, and reliability

• Implement AI guardrails, validation, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop controls

• Develop scalable Python-based AI services and integrations

• Support production deployment, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with engineering, data, product, and business teams to deliver practical AI solutions

🔹 What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong hands-on Python development experience

✅ Experience building and deploying AI/ML & Generative AI applications

✅ Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI

✅ Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks

✅ Experience with AI Agents, tool/function calling, and multi-step workflows

✅ Strong understanding of prompt engineering and context management

✅ Experience with LLM/model evaluation and production monitoring

✅ Knowledge of AI guardrails, reliability, Responsible AI, and AI governance

✅ Experience with MLOps / LLMOps and production AI deployments

✅ Experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems

✅ Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search

✅ Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or Life Sciences

• Experience with GxP or other regulated environments

• Knowledge of AI governance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI

• Experience with CI/CD and cloud-native application development

• Experience working in Agile / product-based delivery environments
