Full Stack Developer (freelance)

About the Role
We are looking for a Freelance Full Stack Developer who can independently handle frontend and backend development for web projects. The developer should be comfortable taking requirements, building features, integrating APIs, working with databases, fixing bugs, and delivering production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Develop backend services and REST APIs.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Work with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Debug and resolve frontend and backend issues.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and basic security practices.
• Deploy applications and troubleshoot production issues when required.
• Understand project requirements and convert them into working solutions.
• Provide regular updates on progress, blockers, and expected delivery timelines.
• Deliver clean, tested, and functional code within agreed timelines.

Freelancer Expectations

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Should provide realistic timelines before starting a task.
• Must acknowledge requirements and communicate promptly.
• Should provide regular progress updates.
• Any blockers or requirement gaps should be raised immediately.
• Deliverables should be completed within the mutually agreed timeline.
• Code and project work should be properly organized and handed over upon completion.
• Must be available for reasonable project-related communication during the agreed working period.
• Prior experience working on client or business projects is preferred.
