Product Development & Test Engineer

Develop test solutions for customer‑designed Power Management ICs (PMIC) and analog ASICs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and debug test hardware (Load Board) and test programs
• Perform hardware‑software integration and first‑silicon bring‑up
• Conduct device‑level characterization testing for PMICs
• Execute PMIC module validation with third‑party ICs
• Carry out data analysis and provide yield‑support activities

Required Skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of analog, mixed‑signal and power‑management circuits (e.g. LDO, Buck, Boost)
• Familiar with PMIC measurements including PSRR, efficiency, transient response / transition time, etc.
• Experience working with mainstream ATE platforms (Teradyne uFlex / iFlex or Advantest 93k)
• Programming capability in C/C++, Python or equivalent languages
• Proficiency with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, source‑measure units, etc.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree is preferred

Collaborate with design, system, foundry, yield, reliability, marketing, sales, manufacturing and other teams.
