Affiliate Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will support the development and management of affiliate marketing campaigns, build relationships with affiliate partners, monitor campaign performance, and help identify new opportunities to increase traffic, leads, and revenue.

Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management of the company's affiliate marketing program.

Research and identify potential affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and content creators.

Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners.

Communicate with affiliates regarding promotions, campaigns, products, and marketing opportunities.

Monitor affiliate traffic, clicks, conversions, sales, commissions, and overall campaign performance.

Prepare and maintain accurate performance reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and affiliate marketing platforms.

Assist in developing promotional campaigns, special offers, and affiliate marketing initiatives.

Coordinate marketing assets such as banners, product information, promotional copy, tracking links, and discount codes.

Ensure affiliate links, tracking codes, and promotional materials are accurate and functioning properly.

Identify trends and opportunities to improve affiliate performance and revenue.

Monitor competitor activity and stay informed about affiliate marketing and digital marketing trends.

Assist with resolving tracking issues, commission discrepancies, and affiliate inquiries.

Collaborate with the marketing, content, sales, and e-commerce teams to support company-wide campaigns.

Maintain organized records of affiliate partners, campaigns, communications, and performance.

Provide administrative and operational support to the affiliate marketing team as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Previous experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, sales, or a related field is a plus.

Strong interest in digital marketing and online business.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and performance data.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong research and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, Awin, ShareASale, PartnerStack, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of Google Analytics or other digital analytics tools.

Understanding of SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, or e-commerce.

Experience working with influencers, content creators, publishers, or online partners.
