Position Title: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Architect

Location: Milpitas, CA (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced AEM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, and enterprise integrations, along with hands-on experience managing Akamai CDN and website performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement scalable AEM-based digital solutions.

• Provide hands-on development and technical leadership across AEM projects.

• Design content models, reusable components, and integration frameworks.

• Manage Akamai CDN configurations, caching, security, and performance optimization.

• Drive CI/CD, DevOps, and Cloud Manager deployment strategies.

• Integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud, APIs, and enterprise systems.

• Ensure website scalability, security, accessibility, and SEO best practices.

• Contribute to MCP-based AI agents and content automation initiatives.

• Mentor teams, conduct architecture reviews, and establish development standards.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in AEM architecture.

• Strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Cloud Service, Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL/Sightly, and Java.

• Experience with Akamai CDN, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise integrations.

• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

The pay range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
