Junior Home Trial Engineer

Project Description:

We are looking for a Junior Home Trial Engineer to support Home Trial activities for a consumer product/mobile application program. The role will focus on coordinating trial activities, monitoring execution progress, analysing feedback and defects, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Home Trial activities, schedules, priorities and action items.
• Work closely with testing teams and project stakeholders to track trial progress.
• Consolidate test feedback, defects, observations and market-level findings.
• Monitor risks, issues and blockers and support timely escalation.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, meeting minutes and management summaries.
• Support stakeholder communication and governance meetings.
• Analyse trial data and identify trends, key findings and recommendations.
• Maintain activity trackers, issue logs and project documentation.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 0-3 years of experience in software/mobile application testing or test coordination.
• Good understanding of SDLC/STLC and defect management.
• Experience with Jira or similar defect/project tracking tools.
• Good analytical, reporting and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with distributed teams
• Experience in consumer electronics, mobile applications or home/device testing is an advantage.
