Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Automation Architect to design and develop automation frameworks and solutions for platform operations, discovery, and reporting across Azure and AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop reusable automation frameworks and services.
• Build automation using Python, Groovy, and FastAPI.
• Develop automated discovery and inventory of cloud VMs, platform components, configurations, and dependencies.
• Build APIs, dashboards, and reporting capabilities for platform health, inventory, and automation status.
• Develop secure integrations to Azure/AWS VMs for remote execution, monitoring, configuration, and log collection.
• Integrate with enterprise platforms using REST APIs.
• Implement secure authentication, secrets management, certificates, and RBAC.
• Support deployment and maintenance of automation solutions using CI/CD practices.

Required Skills

• Strong Python development and automation experience
• FastAPI / REST API development
• Groovy scripting/development
• Azure and/or AWS
• Experience with VM automation and remote connectivity
• Angular or React
• Git and CI/CD
• Strong software engineering and troubleshooting skills

• Alation platform, APIs, Agents, or Connector experience
• Enterprise platform automation experience
• Cloud infrastructure automation
• Terraform / Docker
• Monitoring and observability
