We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences. The role requires close collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders to transform business requirements into effective design solutions, ensuring usability, accessibility, and consistency across products.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage UX design initiatives and collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams.

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive design solutions.

Develop personas, empathy maps, and user journey artifacts to support design decisions.

Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems.

Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines.

Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve user experience.

Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
