We're looking for a Quality Coordinator who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with online tools. You don't need a technical background or previous industry experience — we're looking for someone who notices the little things and cares about getting them right.

What you'll do

🔎 Review information and content for accuracy

📋 Check that tasks are completed correctly

📝 Organize and maintain information

💻 Work with online career tools and platforms

✅ Follow simple quality guidelines and processes

🧩 Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information

💡 Share suggestions when something could be improved

📊 Keep track of assigned tasks and completed work

🤝 Work with the team to maintain a consistent user experience

What we're looking for

You may be a great fit if you are:

Detail-oriented and organized

Comfortable working on a computer

Good at spotting mistakes

Able to follow instructions carefully

A clear written communicator

Reliable and consistent

Comfortable learning new online tools

Interested in AI, careers, or technology

No previous industry experience required.
