Full Stack Developer Intern

About the Job
We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer Intern who is eager to learn and work onreal-world web applications. The candidate will primarily assist in building backend services, REST APIs, and database layers while also handling frontend components to deliver end-to-endfeatures.

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Model, manage, and optimize MongoDB collections, write efficient queries, and handle data relationships
• Implement authentication and authorization flows (JWT, sessions, middleware)
• Handle API error handling, validation, and input sanitization
• Write unit tests and ensure backend code reliability
• Assist in frontend development using React / Next.js to consume APIs and renderdata
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features end-to-end
• Debug performance bottlenecks (query optimization, response times, memory usage)
• Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and learning sessions
• Work with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development

Requirements
• Understanding of Node.js (event loop, async/await, streams, middleware)
• Hands-on experience with Express.js for building REST APIs
• Solid knowledge of MongoDB (CRUD, aggregation, indexing, schema design)
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) — closures, promises, event loop
• Understanding of React / Next.js (component-based development, API integration)
• Familiarity with Git/version control
• Basic understanding of data modeling and relational vs. document databases
• Willingness to learn and take ownership

Preferred (Good To Have)

• Experience building REST APIs from scratch
• Understanding of authentication (JWT, OAuth, sessions, middleware)
• Experience with TypeScript
• Small personal or academic projects involving backend logic (not just UI)

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed B. Tech / BCA / MCA or related field
• Freshers with strong backend fundamentals can apply
• At least 1–2 projects on GitHub demonstrating API/database work
