About the Role

Zorqiva is an early-stage startup building modern digital products. We are looking for a Junior Frontend Developer who enjoys turning ideas and designs into clean, responsive user experiences.

You will work closely with our engineering, product, and design teams to ship real features, improve the product, and grow quickly in a hands-on startup environment. We are looking for someone who is curious, reliable, detail-oriented, and excited to learn by building.

What You’ll Do

• Build user-facing features using React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Turn Figma designs and product requirements into responsive, polished interfaces.
• Build reusable components and connect frontend features to REST APIs.
• Debug UI issues and help improve performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Collaborate through GitHub pull requests, code reviews, and product discussions.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on React experience through projects, internships, freelance work, coursework, or previous roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, Git, and REST APIs.
• Evidence of completed frontend work through a LinkedIn profile, portfolio, personal project, internship, freelance engagement, or other relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote startup environment.
• Currently located in the United States and authorized to work in the United States.
• Zorqiva cannot provide current or future employment visa sponsorship for this role.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Figma, accessibility, frontend testing, or deployment workflows.
• Experience working on a SaaS product, startup, agency, freelance project, or customer-facing application.
