Content Manager for SaaS Startup

We're looking for a Content Manager 🚀

At Launch10xPro (A Fractional Services Solutions initiative), we're building a platform designed to help startups launch and scale products faster using proven technology modules and scalable architecture. As we continue to evolve the product and work with more founders, I'm looking to bring in someone to own the content and creative engine end-to-end.

This isn't a "just write posts" role — you'll be a builder across content, design, and marketing assets, working closely with me and the team.

The role will start with 10 hours a week and move to 20 hours a week in next 3 to 4 months

What you'll own:

• Writing, designing, posting, engaging, and automating content across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram
• Building and maintaining a monthly content calendar
• Competitor analysis — tracking what competitors post, what performs, and analyzing engagement patterns to inform strategy
• Researching startups, founders, and potential market opportunities
• Assisting with marketing campaigns and experimenting with messaging
• Broader creative builds, not limited to content:
  • Website design enhancements on on regular basis.
  • Video, carousel, and static image creation
  • Pitch decks and presentations
  • Asset design (Canva, Figma)
  • Tracking performance insights and summarizing learnings

Requirements:

• Must-have: Past experience creating content for the US/EU market
• Good-to-have: Experience creating content for SaaS products
• Strong written communication
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working across Canva/Figma and social scheduling tools
