We're looking for a creative YouTube Video Editor who understands not just editing but also YouTube analytics, audience retention, and channel growth.

Responsibilities

Edit engaging YouTube long-form videos, Shorts, and vlogs.

Create strong hooks, smooth transitions, storytelling, subtitles, and sound effects.

Understand audience retention and edit videos to improve watch time.

Design or assist with eye-catching YouTube thumbnails.

Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and SEO.

Analyse YouTube Studio metrics, including CTR, watch time, retention, and subscriber growth.

Research YouTube trends and suggest content ideas to grow the channel.

Manage video uploads, scheduling, and publishing.

Take ownership of video quality, deadlines, and channel performance.

Requirements

Must be a graduate (completed graduation/ college).

Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

Good understanding of YouTube algorithms, analytics, SEO, and growth strategies.

Experience editing YouTube long-form content and Shorts.

Strong storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
