About Cravv
Cravv is building the brain for the kitchen. A device that understands what is happening while you cook and guides you through it as it happens, built in-house. Tier 1 funded, early stage, first units going into real homes.
This category does not exist yet. We are not building a better version of something, we are building the first version of it. The product is a hardware device, a mobile app and an AI layer that reads the kitchen in real time. Three disciplines, one experience, and you will design across all of them.

The role
You will own real parts of the product from day one and work directly with the founders.

• The device, and the app around it. Two surfaces, two sets of rules, both yours.
• An AI that sometimes gets it wrong. What it says, when it stays quiet, how it recovers.
• A design system you build, not inherit. Named and structured by you as the product grows.
• Features from zero. Research, understand, design the answer.
• Fast iteration. We are in active testing. Feedback lands in hours and work ships most weeks.
• Time in real kitchens. Watching, understanding, changing what you made.
• Components, micro-interactions and motion. The craft end of the work, not just the flows. The problems here are genuinely unsolved. Nobody has published a best practice for any of it, so you get to write the first one.

• You have high agency. You see the problem, you pick it up, you close it, without being asked twice
• You have a portfolio with your best work

• You know Figma well enough to move fast

Why it is worth your next few months

• Three to four months here is worth about two years elsewhere. More surfaces, more shipping, more decisions, nobody in between.
