About Us
Briidge.one is a custom AI and software transformation company helping established businesses turn fragmented operations, legacy systems and proprietary data into intelligent digital infrastructure.
We work with businesses that have outgrown generic SaaS tools and need technology built around the way they actually operate.
Our work includes:
- Custom AI-powered business systems
- Internal operational platforms and dashboards
- Client portals and visibility systems
- AI reporting and query assistants
- CRM, ERP, project management and workflow integrations
- Legacy system modernization
- Custom software infrastructure built around proprietary business data
We work directly with founders, CEOs, partners and senior decision-makers on projects typically ranging from $20K–$100K+.
The Role
We are looking for a Founder's Intern who wants to learn what it actually takes to build and grow a technology company.
This is not a role where you'll be given one repetitive task for three months.
You will work closely with the founder and get exposure to different parts of the business:
sales, market research, strategy, product, operations, customer discovery, content, partnerships and growth.
Some weeks you might be researching a new industry.
The next week you might be helping prepare for a sales call.
Another day you might analyze competitors, write an outbound campaign, interview a potential customer, help structure a proposal or figure out why a particular market isn't working.
The role is intentionally broad.
We're looking for someone who wants to learn by doing.
What You'll Work On
1. Market Research
Help us identify industries and companies where Briidge.one can create significant value.
You may research:
- Industries
- Companies
- Business models
- Technology stacks
- Operational workflows
- Competitors
- Market trends
- Emerging opportunities
- Potential customers
You'll learn how to go from:
"This industry looks interesting"
to:
"These companies have this specific problem, these people own it, and here's why they might pay to solve it."
2. Founder-Led Sales
Work alongside the founder on the sales process.
You'll help with:
- Account research
- Prospect identification
- LinkedIn research
- Cold email
- Outreach
- Follow-ups
- CRM management
- Discovery preparation
- Proposal research
- Sales call notes
You may eventually run parts of the sales process yourself.
3. Customer & Industry Discovery
Help us understand what businesses actually need.
This could involve:
- Researching prospects
- Preparing discovery questions
- Joining customer calls
- Taking notes
- Identifying recurring problems
- Analyzing objections
- Documenting customer insights
You'll learn that the best product ideas usually come from understanding a problem deeply, not brainstorming features.
4. Strategy
You'll be exposed to real business decisions.
For example:
- Which vertical should we target?
- Which customer segment is worth pursuing?
- Should we enter a new market?
- Why are prospects responding or not responding?
- What should our offer look like?
- How should we price a service?
- Which acquisition channel should we test?
- What should we stop doing?
You won't just execute decisions.
You'll be encouraged to understand why the decision was made.
5. Product & Technology
You don't need to be an engineer.
But you'll work around software and AI products and learn how technology gets translated into business solutions.
You may help with:
- Product research
- Competitor analysis
- Feature research
- PRDs
- User workflows
- AI use cases
- Product demos
- Testing internal tools
- Documentation
You'll work closely with the technical team when relevant.
6. Content & Founder Brand
Help turn what we're learning into content.
This could include:
- Researching LinkedIn topics
- Finding interesting industry data
- Turning customer insights into content ideas
- Helping structure posts
- Researching competitors
- Tracking content performance
- Building content databases
You will learn how a founder can use content to build trust, authority and inbound opportunities.
7. Special Projects
From time to time, you'll get projects that don't fit neatly into a job description.
That's intentional.
It could be:
- Researching a new vertical
- Building a prospect database
- Analyzing a competitor
- Finding partnership opportunities
- Preparing an investor research document
- Improving an internal process
- Testing a new AI tool
- Helping launch a new initiative
You'll be expected to figure things out rather than wait for step-by-step instructions.
What We're Looking For
We're less interested in your degree and more interested in how you think.
You should:
- Be highly curious
- Learn quickly
- Write clearly
- Communicate well
- Be comfortable with ambiguity
- Take initiative
- Be willing to do research
- Be comfortable talking to people
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be interested in startups, technology and business
- Know how to use AI tools to accelerate your work
You don't need to know everything.
We care more about whether you can take an unfamiliar problem and figure it out.
What Would Make You Stand Out
You might be a particularly strong fit if you:
- Have built something yourself
- Have tried selling something
- Have worked on a startup
- Run a project or community
- Write online
- Are technically curious
- Know how to use AI tools effectively
- Have experience with sales or research
- Are unusually proactive
- Read business and technology content regularly
We'd much rather see something you actually built, researched or shipped than a long list of certificates.
What You'll Learn
By the end of the internship, you should have a practical understanding of:
- How B2B companies sell
- How founders find customers
- How to research markets
- How to identify ICPs
- How discovery calls work
- How software projects are sold
- How proposals are created
- How businesses evaluate technology
- How founder-led marketing works
- How AI is actually applied inside businesses
- How a small company makes decisions
Who This Is For
This internship is ideal for someone who is still early in their career but wants exposure to how a real company gets built.
It is especially suitable for:
- Students
- Recent graduates
- Early-career professionals
- Aspiring founders
- People interested in startups
- People exploring sales, strategy, product or technology
You don't need to know exactly what career you want yet.
You just need to be willing to learn.
The Opportunity
This is an unpaid internship.
The goal is not to keep you in an internship forever.
If you consistently demonstrate strong ownership, communication, learning ability and commercial thinking, there is an opportunity to transition into a full-time role at Briidge.one.
The exact full-time role will depend on where you perform best — it could evolve toward sales, business development, strategy, product, operations, growth or another area of the business.
Ideal Candidate
You're probably a great fit if:
- You ask "why?" a lot
- You enjoy figuring things out
- You don't need someone to tell you every next step
- You are comfortable with ambiguity
- You want to work closely with a founder
- You want exposure to multiple sides of a business
- You care about outcomes rather than titles
- You'd rather build something than sit through meetings
If you want to see what it's actually like to build and grow a technology company — and you're willing to learn by doing — we want to hear from you.
