What You’ll Do

• Make 100-150 outbound calls per day to small businesses, including property managment companies, restaurants, salons, mechanic shops, and tatto parlors.
• Get past front-desk staff and decision-makers to schedule meetings.
• Quickly qualify prospects and book meetings.
• Track every call, outcome, and objection.
• Follow up consistently until you recieve a clear yes or no.

What we’re paying

• 100% commission. Uncapped. You eat what you kill.
• Every booked meeting that shows oays. Every deal that closes pays more.
• No ceiling, no territory caps, no waiting for someone above you to leave.
• Top preformers earn multiples of a standard SDR base. Weak peeformers earn nothing. That‘s the deal — know that going in.
