Be the Difference: Ensure that every interaction with your colleagues, clients and community improves their lives. Pay it forward.

Assume Positive Intent: Lead with giving the benefit of the doubt.

What you"ll Do

  • Work closely with internal and customer teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and recommend modern custom solutions
  • Design and develop responsive, accessible front-end components using Blazor WebAssembly, C#, HTML, and CSS
  • Translate user personas, workflows, and design concepts into intuitive, production-ready experiences
  • Collaborate with UX architects to evolve low- and high-fidelity wireframes into functional application screens
  • Build secure application flows and role-based experiences aligned with the customer’s identity, access, and routing requirements
  • Optimize application performance, usability, and consistency across multiple user types and business contexts
  • Collaborate with engineers and quality assurance team members to support full-stack alignment and high-quality delivery
  • Document technical and design decisions and contribute to evolving style guides, reusable components, and design systems
  • Submit daily project hours through Kantata for time tracking

What You'll Need

  • More than five years of experience delivering solutions across the full software development lifecycle
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying production applications using Blazor WebAssembly (WASM)
  • Strong full-stack development experience using C# and .NET
  • Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and reusable component development
  • Experience developing and integrating APIs, back-end services, and data-driven applications
  • Professional experience building and supporting solutions within Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architecture, microservices, authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls
  • Understanding of software development practices including source control, testing, code reviews, deployment, and production support
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work directly with customers and translate business and user needs into thoughtful technical solutions
  • A growth mindset and demonstrated commitment to continually learning new technologies and approaches

What Will Set You Apart

  • Experience building applications or reusable components with Microsoft Fluent UI
  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working within a professional services or consulting organization
  • Expertise with Azure DevOps and continuous integration and deployment pipelines
  • Contributions to open-source projects or community-driven development
