Description

• Coordinates and manages design firms as required, analyzes design changes on (Design-Build) projects or value engineering opportunities on (Bid-Build) projects.
• Mentors, coaches, provides feedback and evaluates the performance of engineers.
• Assists with management of project resource availability/efficiency.
• Provides project decision making/leadership in the absence of a Project Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree

Employment Conditions

• 8 years of engineering experience in heavy civil construction
