I’m Not Hiring an Employee. I’m Looking for My Co-Founder.

I’m looking for the person I can build my next chapter with.

I’ve done this once before.

I built Xcelprof with my co-founder. We built the business, understood the market, learned things the hard way, and made it work.

Eventually, my co-founder moved into the food industry.

And now, I want to build Xcelprof again.

Same core model. Bigger vision. Bigger ambition.

But this time, I don’t want to build it alone.

I’m looking for one right co-founder.

Someone who looks at an opportunity and thinks:

“Why not us?”

The Opportunity

There’s a real problem in corporate hiring that I’ve been thinking about for a long time.

And this isn’t just an idea sitting in a notebook.

I’ve already built it.
I’ve already tested it.
I understand the problem.

Now I want to take it much bigger.

And I’m looking for someone who wants to put their name next to mine and say:

“Let’s build this.”

I Don’t Care About Your Resume

I genuinely don’t care about:

→ Your age
→ Which college you went to
→ Your degree
→ Your current designation
→ How many followers you have
→ How impressive your LinkedIn looks

I care about what you can build when nobody is watching.

I care if you have:

→ Business sense + duniadaari
→ The hunger to build from 0 → 1 → 100
→ The courage to hear “NO” 101 times and still say, “Chalo, next try karte hain.”
→ A deep understanding of corporate hiring
→ The ability to sell, negotiate, execute, and figure things out
→ A strong network of corporate professionals (huge plus)
→ Previous startup/business experience (even bigger plus)
→ The mindset to take ownership, not instructions

Most importantly, I want someone who doesn’t need to be told what to do.

Someone who sees a problem and immediately starts thinking:

“Isko solve kaise kar sakte hain?”

Not:

“Mujhe kya karna hai?”

I’m Looking for a Builder

Someone who:

Talks business.
Thinks business.
Lives business.

Someone who gets excited by:

→ A blank page
→ A crazy idea
→ A difficult problem
→ A first customer
→ A first rejection
→ A first ₹1 earned

Because that’s what building a company actually is.

Not fancy offices.

Not startup titles.

Not LinkedIn posts about entrepreneurship.

It’s figuring shit out. Every. Single. Day.

There will be uncertainty.

There will be rejection.

There will be days when nothing works.

There will be days when we question everything.

And then there will be that one day when we look back and say:

“Damn. We actually built this.”

This Is Not a Job

There is no fixed JD.

No 9–5.

No “that’s not my responsibility.”

No waiting for someone to tell you what comes next.

If the company wins, you win.

If the company loses, we figure it out together.

I’m not looking for someone to work for me.

I’m looking for someone to build with me.

Someone who wants:

Ownership.
Responsibility.
Risk.
Upside.
And the satisfaction of creating something from the ground up.

I’m not looking for 100 people.

I’m looking for ONE right person.
