About the job

Right now, walk into any barbershop, taqueria, gym, or corner store in this country and you'll see a TV playing nothing that matters. Millions of them. Dead attention. Meanwhile the local business owner next door can't afford a billboard, and if they could, they'd never know if a single human saw it.

Cavline fixes both in one move. We turn those idle screens into a bookable, measurable ad marketplace — the Airbnb for ads. A business owner lists their screen and earns money on it by tomorrow. An advertiser opens an app, picks the neighborhoods they want, and runs a campaign with proof it worked — because every screen carries our own sensor measuring real people, live. Not estimates. Not bots. Real humans, real movement, in real time.

Here's the part that should make a marketer's heart race: we're not competing for a slice of an existing market — we're creating a new one. A whole new supply layer for advertising that didn't exist before. The Fortune 500 has always owned prime attention. We're handing that same power to the 33 million small businesses who never had a shot. That's not a product. That's a movement with a business model attached.

And it's working. Recurring revenue is multiplying month over month. Enterprise clients are signing. A former Oracle VP just joined as CTO. We're closing a $3M round. The engine runs — it just needs someone to pour fuel on it.

That someone is you.

Most CMOs inherit a brand and defend it. You'd get to build one — from a two-word idea ("Airbnb for ads") into a name people say without thinking. You'd own the growth loops of a two-sided marketplace, the story of a category nobody's told yet, and a data asset — a live map of how real people move through the real world — that no advertiser on earth can buy anywhere else. You'd turn that into the most quietly powerful marketing weapon in adtech.

This is the rarest thing in a marketing career: a category to name, a mission that actually matters, real traction under your feet, and a blank canvas to build the whole growth function your way. Early enough that it's yours. Proven enough that it's real.

We're going to make local advertising as easy, measurable, and fair as booking a room online — and then we're going national. The only question is whether you want your fingerprints on how the world comes to know it.

Let's build it. — Zain, Founder/CEO, Cavline
