We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Solution Architect with strong expertise in the Healthcare industry to lead enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion ERP implementations and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and solution architecture experience across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and a proven track record of delivering complex ERP solutions in healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP solution design, architecture, and implementation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand healthcare operational and financial requirements.
• Design scalable, secure, and integrated Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Project Management modules.
• Lead ERP transformation, migration, upgrade, and integration initiatives.
• Define application roadmaps, best practices, governance, and solution standards.
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reporting, data conversion, and workflow automation.
• Support solution fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and business processes.
• Mentor project teams and provide leadership during implementation and support phases.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ 10+ years of overall Oracle ERP experience

✅ 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience

✅ Strong expertise in:

• Oracle Fusion Financials
• Oracle Procurement Cloud
• Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Oracle Projects
• Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) (preferred)

✅ Healthcare industry experience is mandatory

✅ Experience leading multiple large-scale Oracle Fusion implementations

✅ Strong understanding of:

• ERP Solution Architecture
• Integration Architecture (OIC, REST, SOAP APIs)
• Data Migration & Conversion
• Security & Audit Compliance
• Reporting & Analytics

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Certifications
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Knowledge of healthcare provider, payer, or life sciences business processes
• Experience with digital transformation and cloud modernization initiatives
