Senior .NET Core Full Stack Developer

Build the backend and frontend of enterprise SaaS products used by some of Microsoft's most demanding Teams and telephony customers, entirely from home, anywhere in Canada (excluding Quebec).

• Stack: C#, .NET 8 to .NET 10, Azure CosmosDB / MS SQL / PostgreSQL, Svelte / React
• Experience: 10 to 15 years of professional software development
• Location: 100% remote, must be based in and legally able to work in Canada (excluding Quebec)
• Compensation: $95,000 to $125,000 CAD per year, based on experience, plus profit sharing
• Job Type: Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday

What You'll Do

• Design and build full stack features across our .NET Core backend and Svelte frontend
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and data models against Azure CosmosDB, MS SQL and PostgreSQL is important to our customers
• Work directly with customers to understand their Teams, telephony, and compliance challenges, and translate them into working software
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to scope and ship new features
• Prototype quickly, ship, and iterate based on real customer feedback
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including voice and text bots, where they genuinely improve the product

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

• 10 to 15 years of professional software development experience
• Deep, hands-on experience with C# and .NET 8 through .NET 10, including recent version migrations.
• Strong REST API design, JSON, and SQL
• Production experience with Azure CosmosDB, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL
• Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus real production experience in either of Svelte or React
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

Bonus Points

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, whether building on, operating, or managing them
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, SIP, or telephony systems
• Experience building text or voice bots
