You advise clients, run an agency or build relationships with business decision-makers. When a medium-sized or larger business or organisation needs custom software or AI expertise beyond your own offering, you can bring in Lux Digital Solutions to assess the project and lead its delivery.

You earn 5–15% of the net implementation fees we receive for the first project you originate, with no commission cap. You can build this partnership alongside your existing business or consulting work.

A technical team for the conversations you open

Your contribution is to recognise a relevant need, qualify the business context and arrange an agreed introduction. You help establish who owns the decision and when the company wants to move forward, then support the relationship where useful.

LDS leads discovery, technical scoping, proposals, commercial negotiation, development and ongoing operation. You have direct access to the team handling the opportunity, so you can bring technical questions into the discussion without having to design the solution yourself.

Opportunities you can recognise

A client may want a customer platform that connects digital intake, approvals and existing business systems. An operations team may need to replace repeated data entry across departments with a shared application. An organisation may need an internal AI assistant that finds information in approved documents and respects access permissions.

You help identify the business need. In discovery, LDS evaluates the requirements and defines the business case, scope and acceptance criteria with the client.

Our development team includes engineers with 10+ years of experience, alongside practical business expertise. That gives you technical support in conversations about what a project should achieve, how it will be built and what it will take to operate. We also develop and operate our own software product, Auroplan.

Our delivery standards require tested software, documented architecture and clear responsibility for operation. Security, data protection, access permissions and hosting choices are addressed during design. Clients retain access to their code and documentation, with a defined handover path. These are concrete points you can discuss when a client asks how their investment will be managed.

Commission

The 5–15% rate is agreed in writing for each opportunity before the introduction, according to your agreed contribution and the project scope. Payments follow the client's payment instalments.

This is a self-employed, commission-only role with no base salary. Taxes, pass-through third-party costs, ongoing support and subsequent projects are excluded unless separately agreed. Opportunity attribution and payment terms are defined in the partner agreement.
