We are hiring a Graphic & Motion Designer to create visually compelling content, including both static and motion-based creatives. This role requires a strong grasp of traditional design principles while also leveraging AI tools for enhanced efficiency and creativity. If you have an eye for aesthetics and can blend AI-driven and non-AI design approaches, we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Do
• Design static and motion-based creatives for social media, marketing, and branding
• Create AI-generated reels and short-form videos
• Work on traditional motion graphics alongside AI-assisted workflows
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign creatives
• Develop brand assets, presentations, and UI visuals
• Edit and enhance videos for different platforms
• Maintain a balance between AI automation and hands-on design
• Stay updated on design and AI trends to bring fresh ideas

What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, animation, or related fields
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong motion design skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Ability to create static graphics, motion graphics, and reels
• Experience with AI design/video tools like Runway, Kaiber, D-ID, Midjourney, etc.
• Comfort with both AI-driven and traditional design workflows
• A portfolio showcasing static and animated work
