Netsave is looking for an exceptional Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our Founder & CEO in building and scaling the next generation of our marketplace.

This is not a traditional CTO role. We are looking for a product-minded technical co-founder and hands-on product engineer who can operate at the intersection of technology, engineering, product architecture, product strategy, and AI; someone who doesn't just manage engineering, but understands how to turn customer problems and business opportunities into exceptional products.

What You'll Own

As Co-Founder & CTO, you will have end-to-end leadership across:

• Technology & Engineering — Own the technical vision, architecture, infrastructure, scalability, reliability, security, and engineering execution of the Netsave platform.
• Product Architecture — Translate product ideas and marketplace requirements into scalable technical systems and intuitive user experiences.
• Product Strategy — Partner directly with the Founder & CEO on product direction, prioritization, roadmap, experimentation, and long-term platform strategy.
• Hands-On Product Engineering — Stay close to the code and product, especially at this stage. Prototype, architect, build, review, troubleshoot, and help ship high-impact features quickly.
• Technical Team Leadership — Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing engineering and product organization as Netsave scales.
• AI Strategy & Implementation — Identify and deploy AI across the marketplace, including discovery, recommendations, search, seller tools, automation, trust & safety, operations, and internal productivity.
• Data & Marketplace Intelligence — Help build the systems that allow Netsave to understand users, sellers, inventory, transactions, liquidity, and marketplace behavior at scale.

Who We're Looking For

You are a builder first and technology leader second.

You have strong product instincts and can move comfortably between a product discussion, system architecture, user experience, engineering execution, data, and business strategy.

Ideally, you bring:

• Strong software engineering and system architecture experience
• Proven experience building and shipping consumer-facing digital products
• A product engineer mindset with excellent product judgment
• Experience with mobile, web, cloud, APIs, databases, and modern scalable architectures
• Strong understanding of AI/ML and practical experience integrating modern AI technologies into products
• Experience building or scaling marketplaces, e-commerce, social commerce, consumer technology, or other network-driven products is highly desirable
• Ability to lead engineers while remaining technically hands-on
• Strong understanding of UX, experimentation, analytics, growth loops, and product-market fit
• Experience recruiting and developing engineering talent
• Startup experience and comfort operating with speed, ambiguity, and limited resources
• The ability to balance speed today with architecture for tomorrow

You'll work alongside the Founder & CEO as a core member of the founding leadership team and help represent Netsave with investors, strategic partners, prospective hires, and other stakeholders.
