Assistant Project Manager – Lighting (Multifamily Construction)

Integris Solutions is a lighting company serving multifamily construction projects. We handle the lighting scope from spec through delivery, and our team stays close to the builders, electrical contractors, and developers we work with.

We're hiring an Assistant Project Manager. This is a growth role. We're not looking for someone who already runs projects their own way — we're looking for someone early in their construction career who wants to learn ours. You'll be paired with an experienced PM, work through our systems and processes from the ground up, and take on more ownership as you're ready.

What you'll do

• Support project managers across active multifamily builds, from award through closeout
• Track submittals, shop drawings, and approvals; keep documentation current and organized
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers on lead times, pricing, and order status
• Help build and maintain project schedules, budgets, and material release timelines
• Communicate with general contractors, electrical subs, and suppliers on day-to-day project needs
• Review lighting packages and specs against project drawings
• Learn our processes well enough to eventually run projects independently

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years in construction or supply chain, in a role like estimating, project coordination, purchasing, scheduling, field engineering, or admin support on a jobsite
• Comfortable reading construction drawings and specifications, or eager to learn
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple projects straight
• Strong written and verbal communication — you'll be on the phone and email with contractors and vendors daily
• Solid with Excel and comfortable picking up new software
• A learner's mindset. You're coachable, you ask questions, and you want to be taught the right way to do things

Nice to have (not required)

• Exposure to multifamily or residential construction
• Familiarity with lighting, electrical, or MEP scopes
• Construction management, engineering, or related degree
