Funkit is hiring an STR Reporting Specialist to support our short-term-rental reporting work across US markets. Engagement: Ongoing contractor, expected to continue beyond six months with no fixed end date or guaranteed minimum term. Your responsibility will be to take each report from raw market research to a polished, shareable deliverable. This is a detail-heavy role where accuracy, clear formatting, and dependable delivery matter.

The work:

• Build a dedicated Google Sheet, gather and quality-check AirDNA figures
• - Investigate local amenities that may affect the recommendation
• - Use Claude to improve the report's presentation, edit Markdown and HTML files
• - Publish the final report through Cloudflare

What we look for:

• Google Sheets experience
• - Familiarity with AirDNA
• - Basic Claude skills
• - Comfort using Monday
