Construction Project Manager

We're Hiring: Construction Project Manager | HRDC 📍 Bozeman or Livingston, MT | Full-Time | $72,000 – $91,000 DOE

HRDC is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee residential and commercial construction projects across Southwest Montana — from predevelopment all the way through project completion.

This is a critical role on our Community Development team, working closely with directors, architects, engineers, contractors, and community partners to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.

What You'll Do:

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and permitting for multiple concurrent projects
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with funding and legal requirements
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and design teams
• Conduct site visits, review RFIs and change orders, and manage punchlist through project closeout
• Collaborate across teams to support long-term property management needs

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in affordable housing
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and contract administration
• PMP or CCM certification a plus
• Valid driver's license required
