Remote B2B Sales Representative

Market Share Systems gives local businesses AI-powered virtual employees and business systems that capture, nurture, and convert more customers.

We are seeking an experienced English-speaking B2B telephone salesperson to sell our services to U.S. small and midsized businesses.

This is a 100% commission position. There is no salary, hourly wage, base pay, draw, or recurring commission.

WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY IS DIFFERENT

We provide approximately 100 researched U.S. business leads per month. You will also receive prospect intelligence, CRM access, sales resources, and an established customer-onboarding process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact assigned U.S. business owners and decision-makers
• Conduct discovery and professional telephone sales conversations
• Recommend the appropriate MSS package
• Explain the business value of our virtual employees and growth systems
• Handle objections and follow up consistently
• Close sales and guide customers through purchase
• Oversee each customer through successful onboarding and initial implementation

COMPENSATION

One-time commission for each successfully sold and onboarded customer:

• Foundation: $200 USD
• Growth: $350 USD
• Market Leader: $600 USD

Commissions are uncapped. No recurring commission is paid.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven B2B telephone sales and closing experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Experience selling to U.S. businesses strongly preferred
• Confidence speaking directly with business owners
• Strong discovery, objection-handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• CRM experience
• Reliable computer, internet, headset, and quiet workspace
• Availability during U.S. Central Time business hours

Experience selling SaaS, AI, CRM, marketing, advertising, telecommunications, lead-generation, or other business services is especially valuable. HighLevel experience is a plus.

This is not an appointment-setting, lead-generation, or virtual-assistant position. You will own assigned opportunities from the initial sales conversation through successful customer onboarding.
