🚨 We're Hiring: Senior Full Stack .NET Developer | Kansas City, MO

📍 Location: Overland Park, KS — 5 days onsite

We are looking for highly skilled, hands-on Senior Full Stack .NET Developers to design, build, modernize, and support enterprise-scale banking applications.

This is a senior technical role for someone who can go beyond coding — you should be strong in .NET architecture, middleware/integration, database design, frontend architecture,

microservices, and enterprise application design, while remaining hands-on with development.

🔹 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture, design, development, modernization, and enhancement of enterprise banking applications

• Design scalable, secure, high-performance .NET solutions and microservices

• Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures

• Work extensively with C#, .NET, React JS, and Microsoft SQL Server

• Design and implement middleware and integration solutions, including event-driven systems

• Drive database architecture and design, data modeling, performance optimization, and SQL development

• Define and guide frontend architecture using React and modern JavaScript practices

• Participate in architecture discussions, solution design, estimation, sprint planning, and releases

• Perform hands-on coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution

• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across Agile teams

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders

• Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps automation, security, compliance, and application modernization

• Apply AI Prompt Engineering and AI-assisted software development practices

🔹 What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of enterprise software development experience

• Strong experience leading Agile development teams

• Proven ability to design and deliver large-scale enterprise applications

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience is required

• Ability to remain hands-on while providing technical leadership and architectural direction
