About the Role
We are looking for an experienced RPA Consultant / RPA Developer who is currently based in the United States and has hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Robotic Process Automation solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience with RPA tools and business process automation, along with an AI certification and the ability to work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions for business processes.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Gather and document business and technical requirements.
Develop automation workflows using RPA platforms.
Integrate RPA solutions with ERP, CRM, web, desktop, and other enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows.
Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.
Prepare technical documentation, process documentation, and automation specifications.
Monitor bot performance and continuously improve automation processes.
