Commercial co-founder

CAPIO PRO helps organisations stop talking about AI and start running on it. The platform is built. The delivery process is built. The methodology is proven on real client work. What we do not yet have is a pipeline that matches the product.

That is the job.

I am looking for a commercial co-founder who can build and close new business, not just talk about it. Someone with a real network across the GCC who can open doors, sit across the table from decision makers and walk out with signed deals for AI transformation.

This is not a pre-product idea looking for a builder. The technical foundation is already in place. What it needs now is a commercial engine to match it.

What you would own

Building the sales pipeline from the ground up
Closing new AI transformation engagements
Landing clients and then expanding them into larger and longer relationships
Owning revenue and commercial strategy as a founder, not an employee

Who you are

You have a commercial or senior management background and the track record to back it
You have a strong warm network across the GCC, ideally at decision maker level
You have closed real deals and can point to them by name
You understand land and expand and have run it yourself, not just read about it
You are comfortable selling something you believe in before it is fully de-risked

The honest part

This is equity only to start. No salary until revenue is coming in and we both agree it is time. In return you get real founder equity and a genuine seat at the table.

I am not offering a safe job. I am offering ownership in something that is already built and needs the right person to drive growth. If that trade feels wrong to you, this is not the role.
