Enchiridion is a science and paleontology media brand with 129,000+ subscribers and 38M+ views on YouTube. We create research-driven videos about dinosaurs, prehistoric life, evolution, and natural history.

Our long-term goal is to build a high-end scientific media studio combining creator-led storytelling, paleontologist interviews, original artwork, and scientifically accurate CGI reconstruction.

The Role

We’re looking for a part-time, remote Creative Producer who can help turn approved ideas and finished scripts into videos that actually ship.

This is not primarily an editing role or an idea-generation role. Your job is to own the organizational side of production and keep projects moving from script to recording to post-production to publication.

The ideal outcome is simple: once a video concept and script are approved, you can independently move the project toward becoming record-ready and published, requiring as little additional management from the creator as reasonably possible.

What You’ll Do

Manage YouTube productions from approved script through publication
Create production schedules, deadlines, checklists, and clear next actions
Source and organize visual assets, footage, research materials, and permissions
Coordinate paleontologists, artists, editors, animators, and other freelancers
Prepare recording sessions so everything needed is ready beforehand
Identify missing assets, production risks, and blockers before they cause delays
Manage post-production handoffs, feedback, revisions, and deliverables
Maintain organized files and project documentation
Prepare descriptions, credits, metadata, and publishing materials
Proactively follow up with collaborators and keep productions moving

Who We’re Looking For

Experience producing YouTube, documentary, digital media, podcast, or similar creative projects
Excellent project-management and organizational ability
Highly proactive — you identify what needs to happen next without waiting to be told
Strong written communication and remote collaboration skills
Comfortable coordinating multiple creative disciplines
Strong attention to detail and deadlines
Familiarity with YouTube production workflows strongly preferred
Experience with tools such as Google Drive, Notion, Frame.io, ClickUp, Asana, or similar systems is useful
Paleontology expertise is not required

Engagement

This position will begin as a paid, part-time remote contractor trial of approximately 5–10 hours per week. If we work exceptionally well together, there is significant opportunity for the role to grow alongside Enchiridion.
