DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and help build, automate, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, containerization, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, testing, and deployment.
• Manage and automate cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep.
• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and operational processes.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch/Azure Monitor.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and application-related issues.
• Implement security, access controls, backup, and disaster recovery best practices.
• Work closely with development, QA, security, and operations teams to improve software delivery.
• Support production environments and participate in incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, reliability, and deployment efficiency.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Scripting experience using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar.
• Understanding of networking concepts, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, and cloud networking.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
• Good understanding of DevOps practices, automation, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP certifications.
• Knowledge of Helm, Ansible, Argo CD, or similar deployment tools.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud security and IAM.
• Experience with highly available and scalable production environments.
• Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

3–5 years of relevant DevOps/Cloud/Infrastructure experience.
