Lead .Net Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful Web APIs using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 10.
• Lead backend development initiatives and provide technical guidance on application architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
• Design and implement scalable microservices-based architectures, API gateways, and distributed applications.
• Optimize APIs and backend services for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning, and database design.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC, Azure AD/Entra ID, and other identity-management solutions.
• Collaborate with frontend teams, including Angular, to design and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Design and implement secure solutions using Azure Key Vault and other Azure security services.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues using Application Insights, Azure Monitor, logging, tracing, and debugging tools.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and technical design discussions.
• Work closely with product managers, architects, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

AI / Generative AI Experience

• Hands-on experience integrating AI/Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

Skills

• 10–15 years of professional software development experience, with strong experience in backend development.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core/.NET 10+, ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server — mandatory, including database design, complex SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, and identity management.
• Experience with Azure Key Vault and cloud security best practices.
• Experience with Microservices architecture, API Gateway, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on AI/Generative AI experience, including integration with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or other LLM-based services.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments.

Annual Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
