Marketing & Operations Executive

Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Maintaining a daily record of all our partner experts who have missed to follow the standard operating procedure (sop) and guidelines
2. Contacting all the partner experts who haven't followed our SOPs and making sure they take the necessary steps
3. Contacting all users who enquired on our app/website but did not proceed to book a workshop/session to take their feedback
4. Maintaining a record of all the feedback received from the users of our app/website
5. Assisting in other marketing initiatives across social media, direct marketing, business development and more

What does the candidate get to learn?

This is an action-packed role for those who are genuinely interested in gaining hands-on experience in how a start-up functions. The candidate will be entrusted with very important tasks and will be responsible for his/her departments' success. He/she will get to work with senior management, will have constant mentorship, and will also be in direct contact with the founder & CEO of the start-up.

Candidate preferences:
1. Strong verbal and written English and Hindi communication skills
2. Interest in alternative healing and spiritual growth
3. Based out of south Delhi
