Are you passionate about building high-performance web applications and integrating complex APIs into modern user experiences? We are looking for a Senior Angular Developer with strong expertise in Angular, REST APIs, and enterprise application development to join our growing team in Pittsburgh.

This role is ideal for a developer who thrives at the intersection of front-end engineering and backend integration, transforming complex business requirements into scalable, API-driven user interfaces.

What You'll Do

✅ Develop and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Angular (v10+), TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.

✅ Build highly interactive, responsive, and reusable UI components that consume and process data from multiple backend services.

✅ Design and implement robust integrations with RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party platforms.

✅ Collaborate closely with backend engineers, architects, product owners, and UX teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

✅ Optimize frontend performance, API consumption, data handling, and application scalability.

✅ Implement state management using NgRx/Redux for complex application workflows.

✅ Troubleshoot integration issues, API-related defects, and performance bottlenecks.

✅ Participate in architecture discussions involving API design, security, scalability, and Micro Frontend strategies.

✅ Contribute to CI/CD processes and ensure adherence to coding standards, testing practices, and Agile methodologies.

Required Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

✔ 5+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.

✔ 4+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (10+).

✔ Strong expertise in:

• Angular
• TypeScript
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• HTML5 / CSS3 / SCSS

✔ Extensive experience consuming and integrating:

• RESTful APIs
• JSON-based services
• Authentication APIs (OAuth, JWT)
• Enterprise backend systems

✔ Strong understanding of API lifecycle, error handling, request/response management, and asynchronous programming.

✔ Experience with state management frameworks such as NgRx or Redux.

✔ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

✔ Experience using Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar version control tools.

✔Experience with AWS, Azure, or cloud-native application development.

Nice to Have

⭐ Experience with Angular Material, Bootstrap, or other component libraries.

⭐ Knowledge of RxJS and reactive programming concepts.

⭐ Experience working with Microservices Architecture and API Gateway integrations.

⭐ Exposure to Micro Frontend Architecture.

⭐ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

⭐ Experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, Jest, or Cypress.

⭐ Prior experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or other large-scale enterprise environments.
