Cybersecurity Trainer – Senior Faculty

Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Trainer to design and deliver training on network security, ethical hacking, SIEM tools, and compliance frameworks, building both hands-on skill and strong security reasoning in learners.

Responsibilities
• Deliver training on penetration testing, network security, and SIEM tools (Splunk/ELK/QRadar)
• Design lab exercises using tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus
• Teach threat modeling, risk assessment, and incident response methodology
• Develop assessments and hands-on capture-the-flag style exercises
• Explain compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) with real-world context
• Mentor learners preparing for industry certifications (CEH, CompTIA Security+, etc.)

Requirements
• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience; prior training/teaching experience preferred
• Hands-on expertise with pentesting and SIEM tools
• Strong grasp of security frameworks and compliance standards
• Excellent presentation and mentoring skills
• Relevant certifications (CEH, CISSP, Security+) are a plus
