About the job
About the Position
A Solutions Consultant at Phluence is a hybrid of client advisor, implementation leader, and workflow strategist. In this role you will own end-to-end solution deployments of the Phluence platform, guiding healthcare and pharmaceutical customers through discovery, design, technical integration, launch, and iterative optimization. Deployments require balancing technical details with business context, while building trusted relationships at all levels of the client organization.
Who Will Thrive as a Solutions Consultant?
We are looking for someone who takes true ownership of their work and holds themselves to a high standard of accountability. In this role, you are responsible not just for completing tasks, but for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of your deliverables. You understand that your work directly impacts our clients and the success of the company—and you operate with that level of responsibility every day.
In our environment, priorities can evolve quickly, and we rely on team members who proactively move work forward, follow through on commitments, and take initiative without needing step-by-step direction. The right candidate is self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence consistently. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, stands behind their outcomes, and embraces the impact they have on a growing organization.
To be successful as a Solutions Consultant you:
- Build trust with client leaders by communicating clearly, confidently, and with empathy and confidently take full ownership of the client partnership
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure from complexity
- Balance big-picture strategy with a meticulous attention to detail
- Understand healthcare and pharmaceutical workflows and can translate them into digital solutions
- Are equally comfortable collaborating with engineers on technical decisions and advising executives on business impact.
- Take extreme ownership of outcomes, operating with accountability and independence.
- Enjoy working cross-functionally, managing competing priorities with composure and focus.
- Don’t just do the job, but raise the bar — someone who seeks out challenges as a chance to grow.
- Are a natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving environments

- Project & Program Management: Strong expertise in industry-standard project and program management practices, with proven ability to create and maintain project registries, status reports, and other tracking tools to ensure alignment and delivery across stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
- Analytics & Insights: Skilled in data analysis and visualization, with experience creating dashboards, extracting insights, and leveraging analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Execution & Delivery: Write user stories, manage backlog prioritization, lead acceptance testing, and oversee launch activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Facilitate user testing, collect data and feedback, and drive iterative improvements post-launch.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Run agile processes including project kickoffs, planning, retrospectives, and standups.
