Role Summary
A senior individual-contributor engineer building and maintaining Client’s web application built on React and TypeScript with a Python backend. This person operates autonomously, delivering full-stack features from design through release. This role owns hands-on development and support across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the web application, frontend (React, TypeScript), and Python backend.
• Deliver full-stack features independently, from design through release.
• Ensure the application performs reliably in a live, in-room clinical setting.
• Take over operational support for the existing application, troubleshooting and resolving operational issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with the organization’s infrastructure/endpoint teams responsible for the physical devices.
• Collaborate with design, product, and clinical stakeholders as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, operating autonomously at a senior level.
• Frontend development with React and TypeScript; backend development with Python.
• Solid understanding of how browser-based applications work.
• Experience using AI as part of the SDLC, preferably Claude Code or Codex to write, review, and ship code.

Preferred Qualifications

• PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with GCP and Azure Cloud Environments
• Healthcare and clinical domain experience.
