About the Opportunity

We are building a North America-based expert network to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems.

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong real-world expertise to contribute to paid, project-based AI evaluation and benchmark projects.

What You May Work On

Depending on your area of expertise, projects may involve:

Developing realistic business cases based on real-world professional scenarios
Creating high-quality reference answers
Designing evaluation rubrics and scoring criteria
Reviewing and evaluating AI-generated outputs
Validating business logic, assumptions, and professional judgment
Identifying errors, gaps, and inconsistencies in AI-generated work
Providing expert feedback to improve AI system performance

Who We’re Looking For

5+ years of relevant professional experience
Strong hands-on experience in your area of expertise
Strong written English communication skills
Currently based in the United States or Canada preferred
Able to independently analyze complex professional problems and provide well-reasoned judgments
Comfortable working on remote, project-based engagements
