About Bliss

Bliss is building a culturally attuned mental health platform combining human therapists with practitioner trained AI twins.

We’re looking for someone obsessed with TikTok, Instagram, internet culture and figuring out what makes content spread.

This is not a “schedule three posts a week” internship. You’ll help us build the content engine behind Bliss from the ground up.

What you'll do

• Create TikToks, Reels, carousels, memes, Stories and other social-native content.
• Find ideas, trends, formats and conversations before they become stale.
• Write hooks, scripts, captions and concepts.
• Film and edit content yourself.
• Develop founder-led, therapist-led, creator-led and brand-native formats.
• Study what works, why it works and how we can recreate it.
• Test hooks, formats, posting strategies and distribution.
• Research whether we should create separate accounts for different regions, languages or audiences.
• Experiment with how new accounts should be launched and warmed up authentically.
• Turn winning ideas into repeatable series rather than one-off hits.
• Build systems for ideation → production → publishing → analysis → iteration.
• Track what actually matters: retention, shares, saves, followers, traffic and sign-ups.

Your goal isn't just to make content.

It's to figure out how Bliss can repeatedly create content people want to watch and share.

You are a fit if you

• Already live in the TikTok/Instagram corner of the internet every day because you love it, not because this posting told you to.
• Have made things nobody asked you to make: an account, edits, memes, videos, pages, newsletters, anything. You can drop links.
• Constantly save posts and think, “We could do our version of this.”
• Can explain why one video gets 2,000 views and another gets 2 million.
• Write regularly and take edits fast: feedback in the morning, revision shipped that afternoon.
• Can write in someone else's voice — including founder, therapist and brand voices.
• Are happy to test 20 ideas to find the three that work.
• Want to understand distribution as much as creation.
• When something performs, immediately ask: “How do we make this repeatable?”
• Want to build a career in content/growth, not simply fill a semester.

Bonus: CapCut/Premiere, Figma/Canva, on-camera comfort, UGC/creator experience, growing accounts from zero, AI tools, multilingual content.

What success looks like

Within your first few months, you should help us identify:

• 3–5 repeatable content formats.
• A distinctive Bliss voice on TikTok and Instagram.
• A reliable content production system.
• A framework for deciding when to launch regional or language-specific accounts.
• A testing process for hooks, concepts and distribution.
• A clear understanding of what makes people discover, follow and ultimately try Bliss.

This isn't your usual internship

Your work ships from week one.

We built this role to grow someone, not simply add task capacity. You'll have room to experiment, see results immediately and help shape how Bliss shows up online from the beginning.

If you're obsessed with content, psychology, internet culture and growth — and want to learn by building inside a live startup — this is the kind of role where you can take real ownership very quickly.

Compensation & Structure

This is initially a 3-month part-time internship/placement with a $200/month stipend. There is a possibility to transition into a paid part-time or full-time role after the initial three months based on performance, fit and company needs.

We strongly encourage students to use the role as part of a university internship, capstone, thesis, practical project or academic credit programme, and we're happy to work with your university on learning objectives, documentation and supervision requirements.

If you're eligible for Erasmus+, university funding or another internship grant, we also welcome externally funded placements.
